EATING HACKS:
- Savory breakfast - (non-sugary breakfast) reduces glucose spikes/cravings.
- Vinegar before carbs - acetic acid reduces glucose spikes/cravings.
- Vegetables before a meal - fiber coats the gut. Prevents inflammation.
- Movement for 10 minutes after meal - to use up glucose. Can be washing the dishes, or walking.
