Been seeing this lady pop up everywhere. You definitely feel her passion for wellness. Love her energy and it's nice to hear from the perspective of a scientist who understands human physiology.

EATING HACKS:

  1. Savory breakfast - (non-sugary breakfast) reduces glucose spikes/cravings.
  2. Vinegar before carbs - acetic acid reduces glucose spikes/cravings.
  3. Vegetables before a meal - fiber coats the gut. Prevents inflammation.
  4. Movement for 10 minutes after meal - to use up glucose. Can be washing the dishes, or walking.
