𧱠The Work When No One Is Watching
Here is a little dose of motivation. ππ½
People generally see the big event, the win, the shiny prize.
But no one sees all the hours of work, grind and sacrifice.
We like to complain about hard work instead of doing it. And when we do the work, we feel the need for recognition, pity or reward.
It's great to be in an environment that rewards all the moments of hard work. But in a society of toxic entitlement, it's important to remember we are owed nothing. If we want something, we need to put in the work. And we need to be proud of that work because the outcome is never guaranteed.
So instead of seeking the need for recognition. Take pride and strength in your unseen efforts. And when it's game day - you've already won.
Let's fucking get it. π€π€π€
