๐Ÿ“– The 6 Habits of Growth by Brendon Burchard

Ok absolutely LOVED this book. His narration is so damn powerful/motivating.

Resonated with his story on these points:

  • When he has a problem he reads (to figure it out).
  • His fear of public speaking warranted self-doubt (he's never done it before). But you can learn to be incredible at it. I will be this one day!

1. MOTIVATION

  • Is the trigger to take action. The cause before the effect.

1. Raise ambition

  • Past, and present circumstances, people cage us in.
  • We can be motivated by pain hope and ambition.
  • Imagine and look at your goals every day.

2. Learn to develop positive expectancy

  • I know can grow into that. I can manifest that.
  • Confidence is the ability to figure things out. โญ
