- Procrastination is tactic to avoid ourselves and negative feelings of escapism border, anxiety, self-doubt, insecurity. Ironically creating more negative feelings of stress and self-loathing.
We don't need to fix you!
How to combat procrastination:
- Forgive and forget past procrastination. Don't dwell on the past.
- Take one baby step. Don't wait to get ready/prepare/be in the mood, just start! Momentum and motivation follow action.
- Make what you need to do easy and make distractions hard. Allocate time, avoid distractions etc.
