  • Procrastination is tactic to avoid ourselves and negative feelings of escapism border, anxiety, self-doubt, insecurity. Ironically creating more negative feelings of stress and self-loathing.

How to combat procrastination:

  1. Forgive and forget past procrastination. Don't dwell on the past.
  2. Take one baby step. Don't wait to get ready/prepare/be in the mood, just start! Momentum and motivation follow action.
  3. Make what you need to do easy and make distractions hard. Allocate time, avoid distractions etc.
