- Note from the MasterClass: Try to eat 30 different types of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds per week.
- My tip: make a nut/seed sprinkle by crushing as many nuts/seeds to add on top of a salad, smoothie bowl, or avo on toast. Use spice mixes to season meat and veg. Reap the rewards of diversity with microdoses.
