Notes:
- You don't rise to the level of your goals. You fall to level of your systems.
- Your habits create your baseline.
- Your identity influences your habits. So if you want to learn a habit, embody the identity of that habit. e.g. What would a healthy person do?
- Every action is a vote for the person you want to become.
