🧑🏫 Gut Health Masterclass
Topic: Gut Health | Medium: Masterclass | Rating: 4/5
Notes:
- Human cells account for 1% of genetic material. Our microbiome accounts for over 99% of associated genetic material.
- Try to eat 30 different types of fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds per week.
- The American microbiome is 1/3 of hunter-gathers!

- Eat more fiber! Wholegrain, legumes. When you stop eating fiber, your microbes eat the mucus lining layer in your stomach causing inflammation.
- Be cautious of oversanitising. Don't wash your hands when in nature to take in the microbes.
