Darren's definition of success: Doing what I want to do with whom I want to do it. Doing how I want it done. Who I want to do it for.

• When you say yes to something you say no to something else. Even if it makes you a lot of money.
• You dont lack for opportunity, you lack focus.
• Work hard to earn the right to make better choices. Then make choices to protect that freedom. Make choices based on what you want to do and the return on effort.

Doing what I want to do with the people whom I want to do it with.

• The impact of your associations is too great. Professionally and personally.

How I want it done.
